These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Morev platform and services ("Service") provided by Morev ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@morev.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Morev offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Growth, Agency). By subscribing:

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service and all visitor data collected through your tracking snippet. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf for visitor tracking data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect visitor data on your websites and for complying with all applicable privacy laws.
The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content created by Morev, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Features and usage limits vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to enforce plan limits and to upgrade or downgrade features as plans evolve. We will provide reasonable notice before removing features from existing paid plans.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOREV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Morev harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
